About Sharon Lefever

I like to think like a customer. When people pick up the phone, They have a goal in mind and want that goal completed in a timely manner. My first priority as a Customer service provider has always been to make sure the customer gets what they came for. In my current role I work with local technicians closely to route jobs throughout the day to Spectrum cable customers. I build a strong rapport with all the technicians. When I start a job or project I want to know everything about it inside and out so that I am able to complete the tasks at hand accurately and quickly. I am very detail oriented and strive to build my reputation by making sure I have open communication with my fellow teammates so we are all on the same page. I navigate through multiple projects and tasks at once by prioritizing and making sure deadlines are met.I take pride in the work that I do and am always trying to learn more to increase my skill level. I am a positive person who loves to interact with people and to help in any way that I can so that the team succeeds.
