I have a hands on approach to everything l do and believe in working as a team to get the job done. I believe that you should never ask someone to do something that you are not willing to do yourself. I have 6 years experience in the management of people of groups up to 28 at a time. I have a good working knowledge of computer systems including, excel, word, PowerPoint and Microsoft outlook. I have been the Process Control Auditor in my work area and also completed a course with the Irish Quality Centre as an Internal QMS Auditor. I have good working understanding of using SAP. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. I have a Certificate in Supervisory management with the IMI and a Certificate in Supply Chain management with IIPMM. Provide coaching and training to staff. Previous to my employment in Hewlett Packard Mfg l was employed in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company for over 13 years
