About Sharon Lim

My passion is empowering workers in transition through curation of career preparatory content. I focus on virtual and employment readiness strategies with an emphasis on digitalising and augmenting physical services to support digital first service offerings. One of my key roles is to implement and drive adoption of bite-sized, blended and micro-learning modes covering a holistic area in career growth, readiness, insights and tenacity to improve career readiness. My other interest is to achieve social impact. This is done through community engagement, partnerships with key corporate organisations and their volunteers to create co-brand collaborations and support workers to achieve common objectives such as enhancing workers’ employment readiness and contributing to the community at the same time.
