About Sharon Morgan

I am a people person who has a finance background coupled with the experience of having run my own business for 17 years before joining Inclusion WA in 2015. My ability to meet folks and establish rapport is one of my key strengths. I enjoy establishing relationships with clients and mentors. I think that with sharing information and providing the best training and support to mentors we can ensure that our service remains highly regarded.I support mentors to support clients. I believe that our person centred one to one mentoring, with clients being able to choose their support worker/s is the way in which to empower clients to achieve their goals and live a life in a way that is chosen not directed. I am confident that this is one of Inclusion WA’s strengths and points of difference. I am passionate about ensuring that clients feel supported and informed about their supports and funding. I strive to inform and encourage individuals to choose what is best for their life.When not working I am a keen walker and “book end” my days by walking my Staffy, Milly, along our beautiful North coast. I am an avid sports fan and particularly love cricket because both my sons play. I love cooking and reading. Originally from South Africa, with family all around the world, I understand how important it is to stay connected. I take this attitude into my work. I have moved into service management in our North hub which is situated in Joondalup. Our team in the North are fast establishing a presence and look forward to meeting with and empowering clients to live life in a way that best suits them. We continue to provide mentors with all the tools necessary to ensure that clients receive the best support.
