About Sharon Morris

I’m a purpose-driven executive! As Group Regional Head, APAC at World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC), I’m passionate about advancing the capabilities of commercial, procurement, contracting, supply chain, and legal professionals to help build a better future - for people, prosperity, and the planet. I lead with energy, empathy, and intent, mobilising teams, members, and communities to drive sustainable growth. I believe innovation should be championed not for its own sake, but to solve real-world challenges, drive behavioural change, and deliver lasting value. Relationships are at the heart of everything I do. I bring a human-centred, solutions-oriented lens to every engagement. The approach is simple: connect meaningfully, act with integrity, and always keep the end goal in sight. For me, advocacy goes beyond words. I lead by example and empower those around me to embrace core values and a shared vision. Specialties: Leadership, capability development, strategy, partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, communications, marketing, member engagement, government, corporate & community relations, governance and risk management, sponsorship, brand development, and operations. Social impact, shared value, women in leadership, and procurement.
