I HELP women build a better understanding about menopause and help them through the process using holistic health in less than a year. Originally from the UK, I have been living in Spain since 1976. In 1992 I met my husband who introduced me to my passion of natural health and wellness. In 1996 I completed a Naturopathy title, before continuing my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which I practiced until 2008. In 1998 my husband and I expanded our practice to include other healthcare professionals. In 2009 I grafuated with a BSc in Chiropractic (Hons) in UK, and in 2022 i completed my MSc in Chiropractic Paediatrics. I have worked ever since alongside my husband in our multidisciplinary family practice in Alfaz del Pí, Spain.
