I've always believed Mark Twain perfectly captured the essence of wellness when he said,'Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.' My career began as a system analyst responsible for the life cycle management of a large telecommunication company's knowledge management system. The system went live just a month after my first child was born, and I used to joke that I had twins: my son and the newly implemented solution. That's how much I loved my work. Throughout my career, I've never stepped into a pre-existing role. In each position, I've been fortunate to have the creative freedom I value so much to translate company growth strategies into tangible, measurable results. I've always been intrigued by change and the endless possibilities for positively impacting employees and organizational structures. Working in the healthcare industry, where the changes I implement impact millions of patients, is one of my life's most fulfilling and humbling experiences. People often tell me I have high expectations, which is true—mostly of myself. I'm a visionary leader, believing dreams become reality through boldness, focus, strength, flexibility, motivation, and, most importantly, leading by example. Being a business transformation and optimization leader is profoundly meaningful. I love gathering my team to celebrate successes, reflect on our journey, laugh at the challenges we've overcome, and take pride in the transformations we've achieved. I value teamwork, collaboration, sharing ideas, and creating great solutions, which make the job exciting and fun. The joy of loving what I do makes me wake up prepared and excited about the new day.
