Provided application support to system users and was the functional subject matter expert for all Deltek products; contributed to developing and leading teams across various business units in both Orano Federal and Orano USA. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of new enterprise-wide business process models involving Costpoint, DeltekT & E and Cognos; identify and implement improvements to existing processes. Proficient working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) on Oracle database (which is needed when there are issues with Deltek products) Developed and maintained data models and reports in the Cognos (CER) reporting environment per user requirements; troubleshoot and resolve report issues.
