I help multinational organisations achieve measurable gender balance - because I believe the world will be better when we achieve gender balanced leadership. My own journey started with a career crisis in my 30s. After a decade in HR leadership roles from Melbourne to London, I retrained as an occupational psychologist - combining my expertise in executive talent management with a passion for diversity and inclusion. Over 20 years, I’ve- Led global talent, succession and career strategy for blue-chip corporates- Transformed a FTSE10 male-dominated organisation (81% men) to exceed global benchmarks for women in executive roles- Integrated leadership teams during a $104bn M&A - then the third largest corporate takeover in history- Helped thousands of women progress their careers and fulfil their ambitions. Today, I’m Founder and CEO of Shape Talent, the multi award-winning diversity, equity and inclusion experts for multinational organisations.
