Getting the right message to the right people at the right time. That’s how I define effective strategic marketing that achieves its desired result—whether it’s driving brand recognition, cultivating new opportunities or generating demand for the firm’s global revenue goals. As Senior Vice President, Head of Incremental Revenue and Post-Sale Strategy at BNY Pershing, my number one priority is to develop multi-channel, multi-touch campaign strategies that drive upsell opportunities, client retention, and long-term revenue growth. Through marketing automation and the data and analytics it generates, we can develop targeted messaging to use with specific audiences at the appropriate moment in the sales process. This technology—combined with a strong digital marketing platform—enables us to optimize campaign impact and increase revenue. Throughout my 25+ years in financial services, I’ve been fortunate to wear many hats: My years in client service taught me about critical pain points faced by institutions and broker-dealers; my time in sales support offered keen insights into the challenges of business development; and the two years I spent training Financial Advisors on new technology yielded vital information about client decision making. These collective experiences provide me with key learnings that I draw upon every day as a strategic marketer. Outside of the office, I bring the same level of energy to my family and community. Every day I take joy in seeing my two daughters find their passions and tackle new challenges. I also enjoy being a Girl Scout co-leader helping the troop in develop skills and explore new interests.
