I have a passion for leadership and developing teams to consistently deliver quality results. I use a strong continuous improvement mindset with a focus on implementing positive change throughout the organization. I am qualified to deliver results based on my diverse experiences and passion for excellence. Making high quality risk based business decisions that ensure product safety and regulatory compliance is a key strength. I have extensive training in HACCP, GMP’s and FSSC. This has led to improved consumer satisfaction and decreased regulatory risk. I provide effective communication and engagement from operators to the senior leadership team. I have knowledge In: Regulatory Compliance, Food Safety, Risk Management, Team & Individual Development, Decision Making, Continuous Improvement, I have been in the Quality and Regulatory Department for 17 years. I have held several positions at General Mills, Lodi that include:Sensory Quality Engineer, Cereal Plant 2 Quality Engineer, Environmental Swabbing Program Manager and Raw Materials Quality Engineer.I believe these positions have allowed me to do what I am passionate about, keeping the consumer safe and protecting the Brand. I also believe that the relationships with the operating departments and vendors are critical for Continuous Improvement programs.
