I have worked with multiple methodologies including, waterfall, iterative, object oriented, agile, and Microsoft Framework. I am a member of PMI, and have been in the financial industry for 15 plus years. I have experience in standard and alternative investments, retirement plans, banking, Credit Card, debit card and gift card services. I have been accountable for building the business case, scope, identifying key players, researching current system capabilities, gap analysis, risks mitigation, assigning key resources, post implementation on all projects and ensuring that the outcome of the project meets the vision of the Project Sponsor. I was the driver of the projects that I was assigned to, and ultimately responsible for the total outcome of the project deliverables. Product management experience includes, tracking of enhancements and new launches, market research, launch readiness, ROI. CBA, prioritization of enhancements, forecasting, marketing materials and forms, training and staff readiness.My Product mangement experiece is based on web based technologies and mobile applications. Projects that I have worked on include, data conversion, system conversion, Web based technologies, mobile based technologies, CRM projects, facilities, company merger and aquisitions, process improvement, revenue generation, compliance, marketing, implementation of new systems and processes, vendor relations, etc. I have worked with internal and external stakeholders, including global project management. I have served as a liasion between project sponser or client to ensure that all parties are aware of the processes and tasks that must be completed for timely implementations, and speak to the level of my audience.
