About Sharon Watson

After many years of teaching literacy and ESOL, I moved into teacher training delivering the PTLLS qualification at Level 3 and 4, working with a variety of tutors, learning lots of vocational skills along the way! I taught Computers for Beginners which is extremely rewarding and really fun! I am passionate about lifelong learning and enjoy interacting with learners and sharing the rewards of their achievement of personal learning targets. As a reliable, self motivated administrator for many years, I have transferred the skills across two sectors: administration and adult education. I have excellent communication skills and am able to relate to people from all walks of life. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Products and currently train health staff on SystmOne adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures. I recently joined Realise Futures as an Employability Trainer as part of the Government Restart Scheme in partnership with Reed, supporting participants with getting back into work.
