Currently investing my time- Full time graduate student in PsyD Clinical Psychology program at Adler University, Chicago IL - Advanced Practicum at University of Chicago Medicine, Outpatient Clinic, PCIT Track and Early Childhood Assessment Track (Jul 23 - Jul 24)*About my active duty time- Proven leader and manager in technologically complex, high tempo operations- Experienced in problem solving, operation management, process improvement, and procedural compliance- Skilled mariner responsible for the safe navigation of ships, effective employment of its weapons systems, and coordinated efforts of deploying Marine equipment from sea to shore via both air and sea operations- Qualified expert in multiple departments across the ship including engineering, combat systems, operations, and navigation- Dedicated mentor whose direct supervision lead to the professional qualification of 30+ personnel- Deeply motivated to improving work environment through advocacy, SAPR training and awareness, and volunteering as a Uniformed Victim Advocate during my time active duty.
