Work directly with a talented, multifaceted, and diverse team of enterprise analysts who developed, maintain, and continually improve the electronic medical record and documentation tools of The Nebraska Medical Center. Responsible for the areas of NMC Cath Lab, NMC GI, Village Pointe ASC OR and GI, BMC Cath Lab/IR, GI, and OR. 2009 - 2012: Perioperative Applications Specialist Bellevue Medical Center Worked with a talented, multifaceted, and diverse team to organize, build, and establish a new hospital - Bellevue Medical Center. Responsible for establishing the workflows of a new Operating Room and the Procedureal Areas of GI, Cath Lab, and Interventional Radiology. Responsible for assisting with the build of GE Centricity Peri-op Manager and GE Centricity Peri-op Anestheisa, the electronic scheduling, documentation, reporting, and billing tools for the Operating Room and Anesthesia. Assisted with the set-up of the physical OR complete with equipment, instruments, and supplies. Helped negotiate contracts for various OR equipment and instruments. Developed Policy and Procedure for the new OR and Procedural Areas. Assisted with the interview process of new personnel. After opening, focused on maintenance and improvement of the electronic systems of Centricity Peri-op Manager and Centricity Peri-op Anesthesia. Responsible for the billing process of the BMC procedural areas.
