I have the ability to develop and maintain effective communications with colleagues, peers and Customers on all levels.Positive approach to all tasks and a sense of pride in achievements. I am keen to learn and engage with others and am interested in strategic planning, new technologies, social media and digital marketing, that can be incorporated into and enhance our current Lives. I have spent 30 years with in a customer service roles In which I was able to gain excellent communication skills as well as the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and fellow colleagues. I have held a varied range of roles as an assistant/ Manager. And believe that order is "maintained" not "achieved." Organization must be done regularly, not just at the end of the shift. With the various positions that I have held in my working career it has strengthened my ability to work effectively to make sure that my daily work load is prioritised to maximum efficiency.
