Experienced executive leader with 20+ years’ success in strategy, governance, operations, and transformation across higher education, government, and commercial sectors. I bring a proven record of delivering enterprise-wide planning, high-performing service portfolios, and cross-functional leadership aligned with organisational purpose and people-first values.As Associate Director, Operations at the University of Sydney, I supported the Vice President Operations in managing a portfolio encompassing HR, ICT, infrastructure, safety, and student services. I designed the portfolio's operating rhythm, developed compliance assurance dashboards, and co-authored divisional contributions to the University Strategy 2031. I’ve consistently delivered complex change initiatives—such as Sydney’s “Better Ways of Working”—that led projects on multi-million-dollar efficiencies while strengthening stakeholder trust.Prior to that, I held senior leadership roles at RMIT University (Vietnam and Melbourne), Monash University, and in the private sector.
