About Sharon Yeates

As the first Texas Tech University Honors College Alumni Coordinator, my goal is to continuing improving the alumni organization of the Texas Tech University Honors College so the college can continue to not only engage, but assist our alumni in networking, staying up to date on industry trends in their fields, and keeping them informed of specific Honors College or TTU Events which might be of interest to them. The goal is to give back to alumni as they continue in life as life-long learners. We are independent of the Texas Tech Alumni Association, but work closely with the organization and with the Development Office of the University. My job skills include medical grant and abstract preparation, reporting, writing, event planning, research, public speaking, budget preparation, public accounting, and alumni relations.
