I am a Quality Assurance Analyst experienced from leading software development firms that provide innovative solutions for various industries. I have a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria, where I also worked as a Teaching Assistant for two years. My core competencies include automation engineering, test automation tools, and selenium testing. In my previous role, I develop and execute end-to-end automated tests using Selenium and Java, create test scripts in JIRA Zephyr, perform exploratory, UAT, and security testing, and report issues using JIRA. I also develop Jasper Reports using Jaspersoft Studio and SQL queries. Previously, I worked as a QA Automation Developer at Ingrooves Music Group, where I used the Robot framework, Python, PyCharm, Git, Gerrit, Jira, Confluence, and Postman to test RESTful APIs. I am passionate about delivering high-quality software products that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and users.
