With over 14 years of experience in the banking sector, I am currently an Assistant Vice President Sales at RBL Bank, where I onboard working capital clients and offer them products like overdraft, cash credit, bank guarantee, and others. I hold a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from International School of Business & Media, and I have a strong track record of SME lending, new business development, customer relationship management, and sales strategy. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed portfolios of SME clients, offering them customized solutions and services to meet their financial needs and goals. For example, at Axis Bank, I drove a team of Sales Managers and Relationship Executives to achieve targets and increase revenue streams for Panchkula, Ambala, Mandi, and Shimla Cluster. I have also built strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and industry partners, leveraging my skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
