With a career spanning 14 years in UAE working mainly with real estate management sector in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, I have been an instrumental part of transformations that have produced the teams that drive and execute the key deliverables. I bring an intricate understanding of how businesses adapt to change and remain competitive. Always having a bottom-up approach to manpower management has been a corner stone of my work philosophy combined with the belief that a change is only as good as the measure of its positive impact on the last employee of the company. I have undertaken recruitment and mobilization of large infrastructure facilities management contracts totaling 2500 employees across various geographies in UAE. Management of transportation and accommodations is an integral part of such mobilizations and are the critical ingredients of a winning team.
