About Shashank Somani

I have founded KarmaAxis a sector agnostic SaaS based Enterprise Productivity Suite which leverages Behavioural Mapping Understanding and Shaping of teams and customers. KarmaAxis helps improve team productivity communication collaboration accountability transparency traceability and employee happiness index. I have honed my skills in problem solving creative strategizing and alignment of agile teams to work towards common goals while keeping them more engaged productive and happy. I started a decade long work experience which began with the very fundamentals with delivering goods and collecting cheques for my grandfather’s business. Thereafter I moved through and led teams in logistics manufacturing processes human resources finance international purchase & negotiation and finally founded KarmaAxis. I have worked concurrently in plastic waste recycling IT hardware & software solutions manufacturing of biotechnology enabled agro inputs soil detoxification biomass ash / coal fly ash / ferro alloys remediation and biotechnology based ecocleaners. Sometimes it felt difficult to juggle but I found it very rewarding and have leveraged all of my experience into creating KarmaAxis - Track to Stay on Track.
