Also experienced in managing store & inventory levels to avoid shortage or excess storage of goods aimed to ensure uninterrupted project progress. management of Comprehensive & non- comprehensive AMCs, Co-Coordinating internal & external process and stock Audits, Process audits. Formulating SOP as and when required to ensure effectiveness of the Internal process & system. Also responsible for Managing, Motivating, Grooming available SCM resource including their performance appraisal. Also responsible for creating competitive & healthy team environment inspiring resources to give their best, resolutions of team issues if any.
