Shashwat is a fifth-year law student at Symbiosis Law School Noida, pursuing a B.A. LL.B. degree. He has a strong interest in Corporate and Competition law, and he has gained valuable experience through his internships at Gravitas Legal, YES Bank Limited, Indo Enviro Integrated Solutions Limited, Rattan India Power Limited and Khaitan. At Gravitas Legal, Shashwat worked on a variety of IBC matters, including drafting and arguing petitions for the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution processes. At YES Bank Limited, he assisted with debt recovery proceedings, and he also gained experience in regulatory compliance. At Indo Enviro Integrated Solutions Limited. At Rattan India Power Limited, Shashwat worked under the in-house counsels, and he gained exposure to a broad range of corporate legal matters. At Khaitan he worked on a wide range of general corporate legal matters and further honed is his acumen as an upcoming corporate lawyer.
