About Shatha Ali

Over the past five years, from 2019 to 2024, I have gained significant professional experience working across various organizations and sectors. My career trajectory began in 2019, when I served as an Assistant WASH specialist at YFCA (Yemen Family Care Association).In 2020, I transitioned to a role as an Engineer Monitor for a 11-month period with the RRD organization. Building upon this experience,I subsequently progressed to become an M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) Specialist at Grant Thornton company, where I worked across a range of development projects.In my current position, I am employed as an M&E Specialist at Moore Yemen company and Team Leader for the projects and activities of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) that are monitored by Moore Yemen in Yemen. In this capacity, I serve as the designated focal point for a diverse portfolio of ICRC projects and activities, leveraging my expertise to drive positive change and sustainable development within the communities I serve.Through these diverse roles and responsibilities, I have cultivated a robust skill set and comprehensive understanding of project management, monitoring and evaluation, and multi-sectoral development. I am driven to utilize my expertise to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the vital work.
