About Shaul Peker
Working towards receiving a master’s in analog CMOS for RF communications, specializing in transceivers for low power applications. Currently working on ADC’s which can convert low-IF signals. Two chips have been fabricated in IBM 0.13µm process. During the design process Cadence SpectreRF, DRC, LVS, QRC tool were utilized. For high level synthesis MatLab and SimuLink were used to design and test ideal models. For high level synthesis Cadence was used to create transistor level designs. MatLab was used to test all levels of the design process. GUI interface was designed and programmed in MatLab to speed up the design and testing phases of the fabrication.
