We are currently in the process of looking for new advisers to join our IFA practice at Chiltern Consultancy. Whilst we are based in High Wycombe we have advisers working with us across the Thames Valley region. Principally we generate business from the relationships we have developed with accountancy and legal firms over many years and the reason we are looking for new advisers to join us is because of the volume of advice enquiries we continue to receive. I have been working in financial services since 1988. Initially I worked for a large insurance company and whilst there I was very fortunate to be able to build up an excellent client base and some of those clients remain with me to this day. In 2001, and after being subject to several changes of employer as a result of mergers and acquisitions, I became an independent adviser with Chiltern Consultancy. In 2009 I became a director of the company and I balance this aspect of my work alongside the financial planning for clients.
