Senior Vice President of Operations and Media Partnerships at Ignite, the digital division of Townsquare Media. I lead the teams, partnerships, and systems that power Ignite’s revenue engine. With oversight of 120+ digital campaign managers and a nationwide media partner network, I architect scalable infrastructure, optimize margins, and drive operational clarity across one of the largest local digital advertising networks in the U.S. I built Ignite’s Media Partner Division from the ground up in 2024—projected to generate $10M in 2025 at a 30% profit margin. I also directly manage two of the company’s top 5 sellers, making me a primary driver of Ignite’s above-average growth. I collaborate with the President and CRO on long-term strategy, spin-off readiness, and cross-functional initiatives that unify sales, buying, and operations under a single performance culture.
