About Shaun Dale

In 1995 I joined the 2nd battalion Parachute Regiment, where I served across the world until May 2001, until I was awarded a medical discharge. Since then I have attended many courses in I.T to find a new position outside of the armed forces. I have gained many years and qualifications in facilities management in the last 16 years, where I have worked for Crisis for which I loved giving back to the public. I recently managed a grade 2 listed building in W1, the building is 16,500sq ft, with approx. 55 employees and I managed a Trend BMS over 5 floors including the basement. In the past 15 years of living in Balham, London I have worked mainly in Facilities and Administration. During this time I have gained many years of valuable experience and qualifications including an IOSH and First Aid medic. During this time I have Managed KPI's and SLA's whilst monitoring service budgets and creating new accounts. I have handled all areas to H&S, including training, First Aid and Fire Marshall. I have also covered estate management, where I have covered all aspects including asset management, making sure all insurance policies are covered and minimizing the expenditure budget whilst maintaining the standards. Whilst working in Facilities, I have covered all the requirements for the position in security, building management, sub-contractor management and a strong team player. Also Managing QFM helpdesk, using Auto CAD and working with CAFM. Also working closely with Finance in providing all travel costs and bookings. Creating and updating all outsourced contracts trying to save on the annual budget. In my last position I was managing hard and soft services for 2 schools in Chelsea, the old Chelsea Library which is a grade II listed building anthed an old town house over 5 floors.
