Goals becomes aligned as you aren’t chasing from a position of what you think you 'should' want. You’re resting when you’re off as you aren’t plagued by polluted thinking. Meaning you have more energy allowing you to turn up in your personal and business life exactly how you want. You’re present with friends and family, you’re focused at work. You’re not more of who are you,(as you don’t need to be) you’ve simply let go of the layers of crap that have accumulated over the years though unchallenged, polluted thinking. When it comes to goal setting, stage one is to identify who you have to Be in order to fulfil that goal. To reach it. Then live from that place with Calm, Clear Confidence.
