As a passionate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Lived Experience Consultant, I specialise in crafting campaigns that resonate authentically with diverse audiences, ensuring that every message speaks to the heart of inclusivity. I am an international speaker, having delivered multiple TEDx Talks and engaged with audiences across sectors on key topics such as mental health, neurodiversity, masculinity, and social mobility. My lived experience with OCD and ADHD fuels my mission to challenge stigma and foster a deeper understanding of mental health, showing that vulnerability and resilience are not opposing forces but vital aspects of the human experience. “Upcoming Author of Breaking the Chains of Obsession, a deeply personal exploration of living with OCD and challenging societal misconceptions about mental health.
