About Shaun Hancock

My career commenced in heavy industry working with various companies including Comalco and Zinifex/Pasminco before moving into the food manufacturing sector working with Cadbury Schweppes and 10 years with Tasmanian Bakeries where I completed 5 years as Chief Executive Officer. In 2020 I relocated to Townsville as the Site Operations Manager for Godman Fielder and after two fabulous years in Far North Queensland I joined Blundstone as the Group Logistics Manager. In March 2024 my wife and I took the opportunity to take a career break and travel around the United Kingdom and Europe, and have recently returned to Australia. I bring a mix of technical understanding and people leadership to all that I do and have developed a pragmatic but empathetic approach to making things happen. Some feedback on how I’ve done this includes: “Building a loyal and cohesive leadership team that put the company first – following in your footsteps” “Being a Man of Steel in a high pressured environment.” “Contribution of left field thinking towards strategic planning.” “Driving accountability and positive behaviours across the organisation, developing and ensuring organisational alignment.”
