About Shaun Higgins

Shaun's consulting experience has focused on business transformation and leading large scale global efforts for complex organizations. Shaun has experience consulting with an emphasis on HR transformation and cloud technology implementation. His consulting experience includes helping clients redesign processes, designing and integrating enabling technology, facilitating and leading workshops, developing HR strategy, and managing the adoption and employee experience implications of the transformation. Shaun has led HR Transformation and ERP programs across multiple industries including future state operating model design, end-to-end process design, organization design, transformation roadmap development, case management design, and business case development. Shaun also has experience in workforce management including time, scheduling, and labour optimization practices. He has gained an in-depth understanding of the business outcomes HR and IT aim to achieve and is a trusted advisor in this space. Shaun was one of the first Workday certified consultants in North America and has deep experience in Engagement Management, HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Financials. Shaun has led some of the largest Workday implementation programs in North America across multiple industries. He also has leadership experience managing operations and overall strategy for a 60+ resource national Workday practice. Shaun has experience as a sales leader and has participated in RFP response development, orals presentations, effort estimating, and price negotiations. In addition to Workday, Shaun has also worked with a variety of other HR Technology vendors including UKG, SAP, and Oracle. In his current role, Shaun leads the Canadian practice for the Workday business group at Accenture.
