I am an experienced leader who blends innovation, and creative thinking with outcome driven teams & results. As a senior executive I have proven achievements in planning, implementation and achieving positive business solutions and results at a CEO, Director and General Management level. I'm a leader with strong analytical, fiscal, motivational, negotiating and team building skills - a well rounded networker with contacts at C-suite & senior levels in the Australian professional sport, digital media, broadcast, entertainment and music industries. My strengths include leadership, strategy, negotiation, emotional intelligence & resilience. I have managed P&L's and sales budgets ranging from 60M to 750M, and have a skill set that is versatile and transferable. My ability to quickly understand organisational priorities and business challenges has seen me succeed in a variety of industries and roles. Post my non-compete period after the closure of Presto I decided to pursue a number of personal interests as well as working part time. In January 2019 I joined the GWS Giants, the most exciting & progressive team in the AFL competition.
