Property has always been more than an interest for me, it’s been a lifelong passion. From restoring character homes to developing new builds, I’ve spent years helping friends, family, and clients bring their property visions to life. That hands-on experience, combined with a broad and exciting corporate career, has shaped my approach to business today.Alongside a diverse and exciting Corporate career, I’ve always had an entrepreneurial streak, contributing to and investing in a range of start-ups spanning Youth Media ( The Hook ), Fit Tech ( WeBo ), PropTech ( Finding a Property ) and AdTech ( Katie.ai )- a project named after my middle daughter and developed in partnership with global technology partners, venture capital groups, and IIT Hyderabad.My corporate background taught me discipline, purpose, scale, and customer excellence and my property ventures taught me passion, detail, and the value of truly personal service.That balance inspired the creation of Jack Charles, an independent estate agency I co-founded with my wife and business partner. Our vision was simple but bold: to disrupt the traditional estate agency model, blending the service quality of a boutique, bricks-and-mortar agency with the efficiency and value of modern online models.Alongside opening our first high street branch in Tonbridge in 2020, Tunbridge Wells in 2022 and Sevenoaks in 2025, we also established a successful Property management division, supporting both individual landlords and institutional portfolio owners across Kent, all while staying true to our founding principles: people, integrity, and a passion for property.I am proud to have established such an amazing team, focused on Making Our Business All About You;)
