As the Founding Director of Universal Health Group, an investment consortium consolidating the healthcare industry, he leads a highly recognized and experienced team of Principals with a track record of over healthcare M&A deals, totaling +$40 billion in overall transactional value and +400 years of business leadership experience & acumen, specializing in healthcare operations, M&A, as well as legal and financial acquisition expertise. Among Mr. Deely’s other business interests are several investment companies of which one of Switzerland’s most successful Private Banking UHNW corporate growth organizations, DES Capital, which focuses on working with the leading historical Swiss, European & American Private Banking institutions to ensure growth both organically and inorganically via Mergers, Acquisitions, strategic Joint Ventures as well as de novo offices across the globe. Headquartered in Geneva, the group also has offices in London and Miami. Priorly, he worked in Private Banking, in Geneva, for Merrill Lynch and Bedrock, which is the leading Multi Family Office in Switzerland, where he looked after a portfolio of international (U)HNWIs. Mr Deely is the founder of Redwood Global Advisors, a company offering bespoke international corporate growth services to Swiss Private Banks as well as multi billion dollar Multi Family Offices in jurisdictions such as Monaco, London, Luxembourg, Geneva, Zurich, Miami and New York. The company was successfully sold to a strategic buyer in 2017. He co-founded Laurent & Mitchel, a Swiss real estate investment firm focused on servicing an internationally based (U)HNW clientele as well as financing and executing multi million dollar real estate development projects in Geneva, Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Commodities Trader with a global multi-commodities focused trading company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr Deely has had successful negotiations with the founders of the most successful Swiss & European Multi Family Offices, as well as with the senior executive management of global banking institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citibank, Credit Suisse, UBS, Rothschild, HSBC, Julius Baer, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Pictet, Qatar National Bank, Koweit National Bank and many more, increasing his corporate clients' Assets Under Management by close to USD 28 Billion to date as of 2023.
