As a Principal Business Consultant at Nuance Communications, I helped industry-leading clients across various sectors achieve their strategic goals and optimize their voice and digital applications.In my most recent role, I led the development and execution of executive-level roadmaps for retail, financial services, telecom, and insurance companies, resulting in new contracts totaling $34M over 4 years. I leveraged various data inputs and assessment techniques to identify and quantify opportunities, and coordinated technical teams to ensure actionable and timely analyses. I also devised a win-win pricing strategy for a large US pharmacy, enabling Nuance to realize exponentially greater revenue. Additionally, I proactively developed a novel client business review structure, anchored on financial benefits and ROI of Nuance’s product suite, and spearheaded client onboarding and training efforts.
