During my 20 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, I have progressed from a Process Engineer to General Manager of a Sq Ft Facility with 2,500 employees. During this time I have spent time working in Canada, Brazil and Mexico. I have also worked briefly in sister facilities in The United States and Europe. My career has allowed me to work with many global suppliers, and transition into a senior leadership role where we developed an Operating system, and system of accountability which allowed our business to grow from appx. 150 Million USD to 600 Million USD in sales. I have had the opportunity to work with various OEMs, including, but not limited to, GM, Honda, Volkswagen, Tesla, Ford, etc. To conclude, one of my most recent accomplishments was in the Employee Opinion Survey, for the question ¨Does me General Manager run the business well¨ I received a 95% score.
