I have more than 24 years’ experience in leading technical teams in operations and project management across geographical locations, both remote, hybrid and on site across a wide array of technologies and responsibilities. I have been the regional Project Manager for Nokia in the Network Infrastructure Division, Middle East Africa, 9 years, managing all FTTX Outside and Inside plant projects in Gauteng and the Western regions. I have managed the completion of around 200 Homes Passed and currently on average execute 28 projects concurrently. I am always focused on improving margins whilst maintaining quality and on time delivery. My team and I have managed to standardize processes and improve efficiency to such a degree that our customers are delighted.
