About Shaun Stephens

As an Account Manager/ Business Development Manager, I have worked at a variety of levels presenting and closing sales successfully from board level down. In all of my roles I was aggressive at maximising profit, cutting costs, whilst still maintaining customer focus and satisfaction. I am an effective communicator with strong customer service skills. I regularly demonstrate a consultative sales approach, a drive to add value to my customer's businesses and the desire to become a successful part of this friendly, efficient team. I am focused, reliable, hardworking, and punctual, with outstanding verbal, written communication skills. I thrive under pressure and excel in my role. I am a good team player, and always set a good working example. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is a natural process for me as I expect a good quality of life. I have excellent I.T skills for administration although for me it is the least attractive part of the job, as I love the results of selling. I am a good listener, honest, confident and always take control of the situation, always leaving the customer satisfied. My aspirations are to grow and shine in a fast-moving environment, build lasting relationships with my customers and business partners being a success
