About Shaun Stripling

ACCA Fellowship with Corporate International, Small Medium Enterprise (SME), Medium to Large Manufacturing/Retail and Public Sector experience. In the Corporate Sector I have been involved in assessing financial exposure and led in supporting non-financial stakeholders with Decision Making, Business Partnering, Identification of finance issues and drivers, Driving focus and discussion to solving business problems. In my SME experience as Financial Controller I have been involved in consolidations, financial accounting, cash flows, payroll, communications with internal and external stakeholders. In my Public Sector work I am working as a key member of a Senior Leadership Team and in my role I have overall responsibility for all financial, property and IT resources. I provide strategic direction and operational control over key services and ensure there are effective financial controls and risk management framework(s) in place In all of my working experience I have been involved in the Influencing change and supporting business through change, short, medium and long-term planning, rolling forecasts. I am able to build strong working relationships based on mutual trust and ensure continuous improvements are supported by all stakeholders. I am always seeking continuous development and to gain further experiences. I have good technical knowledge with both my ACCA and AAT qualifications.
