About Shaun Vice

I am a versatile professional with over 10 years of expertise in event planning, regional management, and community engagement. My experience spans logistics, team leadership, vendor coordination, budgeting, agenda creation, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners and stakeholders. Currently, I manage event operations and regional oversight at International Student Exchange, where I coordinate meetings, travel, and conferences across California, while recruiting, training, and supporting staff. I excel at creating strategic agendas, managing budgets, and handling all event logistics—from hotel accommodations to restaurant reservations and guest services. I strive in a fast pace environment while remaining calm while every detail is thoughtfully executed. I have led both large-scale collaborative events and independently managed smaller programs, always ensuring smooth execution through keen attention to detail and time management. My role includes international travel to strengthen partnerships and provide field training with overseas agencies. Outside of work, I volunteer as Event Project Manager for Alliance Medical Center’s fundraising committee in Sonoma County. I co-led a benefit event that raised $250K and currently help plan the upcoming “Denim and Dazzle” gala in September 2025 with a goal to raise even more!
