I have a Level 4 Certificate in Criminal Law from Teesside University, and I am pursuing a BA (Hons) in Business Management and a Higher National Diploma L5 in Leadership and Management at the Chartered Management Institute, aiming to advance my career in the security industry and apply my knowledge and skills to contribute to the mission and vision of Serco.I have over eight years of experience in the security sector, including seven months as a Security Supervisor for the NHS, where I led a team of 22 security staff and delivered service improvements and customer focused initiatives. I also serve as a Craftsman in the British Army since 2015, where I have developed skills in teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. I hold certifications in Close Protection, CCTV, and First Response Emergency Care Level 3. I am decisive, communicative, and critical in my work.
