About Shaun Williams

As a People & Culture leader with over 17 years of experience, I’m passionate about building inclusive, purpose-driven workplaces where people can thrive and where culture drives real business value. I hold an MBA and have led people functions in both corporate and not-for-profit environments, including high-impact leadership roles across health insurance and community services. I’ve built and grown HR teams from the ground up, delivered culture transformations, and supported executive leaders through change, crisis, and growth. I’m particularly energised by working with small to mid-sized organisations that are scaling, transforming, or redefining how they engage their people. I take a hands-on, strategic approach to embedding HR operating models that are not just compliant, but human.
