With over 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry I now lead the Customer Experience (Cx) division at Mobility Mojo, the SaaS company that is transforming global accessibility & inclusion. Having joined the team in 2023 - initially as Director of Operations, I stepped into the role of Head of Customer Experience in November 2024. In this position, my focus is on building and delivering a first-class customer experience for the organisations we work with, and forging strong, lasting partnerships with leading global brands across multiple sectors. I am independently motivated & highly collaborative, recognised for building high-performing teams, driving organisational success, and fostering impactful stakeholder relationships throughout my career. Within leadership roles I have held, my core strengths include shaping strategy, leading change, and empowering people to reach their potential.
