About Shauna Smith

I have worked in the Social Services field for 12 years as a Case Manager in a variety of capacities. I began working for a short period of time from Case Manager into Therapy where I worked with individuals with Substance Abuse and Domestic Violence concerns. I have worked with individuals with Disabilities and Mental Health needs as well. I strive best in environments where I can help people help themselves and connecting them to other resources. I have great critical thinking skills and have a strong ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds. My interpersonal skills when working with others is what tends to make me stand out from co-workers; often told I am relatable. I recently have moved into more Programs and Granting. I have taken role leadership and tracking of our data for programs within our association. I have found a new enjoyment in this role and desire to expand and explore new opportunities within these sectors.
