When trying to establish a good leader one has to look at the willingness of a person to understand the situations that are put forth. A good leader is one that can acknowledge their own self worth and be willing to help others to accomplish similar goals. A good leader is one that can be trusted and be there to help others through difficult obstacles. A good leader is one that can take an innocent thing and make it fruitful. A good leader is one that an individual can follow and be all that they can be and more. A good leader will take responsibility of all that are under him and will deal with the consequences to make things better. Now that a good leader has been described above let’s see why I am a good leader. I take the time to help others that do not quite understand certain concepts and nurture them to understand. I am trustworthy when coming to issues that are not to be put out to others. I belief that if I can at least help one person that means I am true to my word and know I have done something great. I am willing to take one for the team. I know there are many difficult situations and I am up for the challenge. I enjoy helping individuals to be the best that they can be and work hard at it. A good leader is a unique individual that puts forth everything that they have and to prosper quickly. A good leader always has an ear open to listen to what individuals do not understand and help them to understand no matter how long it takes. A good leader respects those that they are around and makes the best of difficult situations.
