Shaunda’s career has focused primarily on the higher education and private club industries, where she has driven impactful marketing initiatives, strengthened brand identities, and fostered meaningful engagement. In addition to her professional roles, she has spent years consulting small business owners, empowering them to build and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to their unique needs. Drawing on a background in journalism and a strong business perspective, Shaunda bridges creativity with strategy to craft campaigns that drive engagement and build lasting brand value. She has led successful product launches, rebranding efforts, and marketing initiatives that position organizations for long-term success. Shaunda earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Magazine Journalism from the University of South Florida in 2014. In less than a year later, she completed her master’s in Digital Journalism and Design at USF, gaining the tools to excel in today’s fast-changing digital landscape. Immediately after, she began teaching three classes at USF in the Mass Communications department.
