About Shaundyll Rogers

My attitude of excellence, openness to coaching, big-picture thinking, and unwavering desire to support the company mission has opened the door to many opportunities. I was one only a hand few of leaders to be given the opportunity to run multiple locations, curate content and present at leader meetings, be asked by the regional to mentor other store leaders, develop and lead strategic calls to improve results and support my peers through peer to peer coaching and development. That same leadership ability was also key in my Regional Assistant Role. In that role, I was able to lead the streamlining of processes, improve communication across departments and the home office partners, as well as, assist in creating tools to improve productivity. My leadership in that role allowed me the opportunity to be the only assistant given an expanded role to support the field organization in a mentorship and development capacity. I traveled throughout the North East Region, mentored, coached and developed low performing steams to improve their business acumen, kpi's and loyalty performance. I was a personal development writer for the Woman Of More Magazine where I had the opportunity to inspire women by sharing helpful keys that I have gained through my own personal life experiences. When it comes to my career path, the greatest joy has come from watching so many individuals grow and flourish as a result of my training, coaching and development. I am inspired each day to give to others what so many great leaders have given me, the inspiration to take intentional action every day to perform with excellence.
