About Shaune Morley

I have worked in the IT industry for quite a few years, in this time I have filled a lot of roles: Manager, Director, network administrator, developer, system administrator, accountant and architect. For the past two years I have been in CA Services for the CA API Management products. Prior to my joining the API Mangement Services Team, I have been involved with Network monitoring, first with Concord, Inc. and then with CA Technologies after they acquired Concord. In this time I have been involved with just about every aspect of delivering network monitoring as a service in a large MSP environment (AT & T and Verizon). I have been a system administrator, a developer, taken help desk calls, been a team lead and then moved into various architect roles. With my IT experience I can communicate well with infrastructure teams, developers, and help desk teams. My accounting degree gives me the ability to interact well with the various business roles that are necessary to make any project succeed. With my variety of experiences I pick up new technologies quickly and can see how they fit into the business flow. I'm looking to continue to learn and expand on what I can accomplish.
